Warm up, score cool swag, and get your blood pumping at the Frost Fit Winter Series Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

We’re thrilled to partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the November Project, Community Boating, and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation to bring this first-of-its-kind series to the Esplanade in February and March. Learn more below:


Frost Fit Fest Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

Please join us for an outdoor fitness event that’s guaranteed to be both exhilarating and calorie-burning! The morning will be filled with a series of workouts for all backgrounds and experience levels, including a warm-up, fun run, and silent disco. We’re thrilled to have Adrianne Haslet participate in the event!

Community Boating Inc. (CBI) opens officially April 1st,
but keep your eye out for white sails on the water March 31st!

This portion of the morning is now full, as space is limited on CBI’s docks.

Adrianne is an athlete, an internationally-ranked ballroom dancer, a corporate executive, and a triumphant Boston Marathon bombing survivor. After losing her leg, she has become a globally-recognized speaker, sharing her story of resiliency, strength, and courage in the face of adversity. We’re thrilled to have Adrianne participate in the morning!

Saturday Workouts Hosted by the November Project

In February, hundreds of people participated in the Saturday Workouts Hosted by the November Project, doing running loops, body-weight exercises, and other fun, energetic activities designed to keep people moving (and therefore warm).

Everyone who attended these workouts received a Frost Fit Series fleece headband*, bagels, coffee, and hot chocolate.
