Current Year-Round Openings
Database and Development Coordinator (Full-time, exempt): The Esplanade Association is seeking an experienced database and development professional to provide high-quality data management, administrative and events-related support to the Development team and Senior Leadership in alignment with organizational goals and planning.
Volunteer & Programs Coordinator (Full-time, exempt): The Esplanade Association is seeking a Volunteer & Programs Coordinator to oversee a comprehensive, multifaceted volunteer program, consistently seeking strategies and partnerships to expand both revenue-generating and in-kind volunteer participation. In addition, the position works closely with department and horticulture staff while coordinating a wide range of free educational, recreational, and cultural programs for the community.
Seasonal Horticulturists (Full-time, seasonal (April to November), non-exempt): The Esplanade Association is seeking two experienced Horticulturists to provide direct support to EA’s in-park Horticulture Program by providing care and maintenance of landscape areas including hardscapes, gardens, lawns, trees, shorelines, playgrounds and architectural features. The horticulturist will work under the general supervision of the Horticulture Manager, and with other horticulture staff, program staff, and volunteers to perform their duties.
Summer Programs Intern (Part-time, seasonal, non-exempt): The Esplanade Association is seeking a Summer Programs Intern to help coordinate a wide range of free educational, recreational, and cultural programs for the community.
