The Esplanade Association seeks civically minded individuals to help us fulfill our mission of enhancing and revitalizing the Charles River Esplanade, sustaining its green spaces and building community in the park by providing educational, cultural and recreational programs for all. Outdoor Volunteer Program
Throughout the year, the Esplanade Association recruits individuals who are interested in helping to beautify the park. Activities for our Outdoor Volunteer Program are based on the needs of the park and may include trash & litter pick up, planting, raking, mulching, painting benches and murals. Volunteer events last between 2 to 3 hours and our staff provides all equipment and training necessary to accomplish these tasks.
