Support Volunteers at the Park

Each year, we bring roughly 2,600 volunteers to the park. Their combined efforts and hours are equal to the work of 3 full-time year-round staff members. The work done by volunteers makes for a cleaner, safer, and more beautiful park for you and for the millions of users that visit the Esplanade each year.

Coordinating these volunteer efforts has both operational and material costs for the Esplanade Association. for this reason, we ask our volunteers to join us in keeping this great program going by sponsoring their volunteer days. Contributions are fully tax-deductible and help to support the costs of our volunteer program. We also welcome material donations such as tools and equipment.
